Lalahe and Lazaro run their own nonprofit organization in Makuyuni, Tanzania. They are founders of the initiative on-site and have been working full-time on the school projects since 2018. We donate to their organization. They build with the communities. Partnership at eye level, not an employee relationship.

Maasai, born in the Ngorongoro Crater. Started the first school with the Lomiyon community in 2009. Historical heart of the project.

Operational partner of Lalahe. Coordinates construction, community interfaces, and well projects on-site.

The association is not carried by six board members. The association is carried by the network. These are everyone who pays a monthly crew contribution, lends a hand, or comes by a meet-up. Those crew contributions cover every cost the association has in Germany: notary, website, material, bank fees. That is exactly why donations can go 100% into school construction.
