Lalahe and Lazaro run their own NGO in Makuyuni, Tanzania. They are the founders of the initiative on site and have been working full-time on the school projects since 2018. We donate to their NGO. They build with the communities. Partnership at eye level, not an employee relationship.

Maasai, born in the Ngorongoro Crater. Started Idimayii with the Lomiyon community in 2009. Historical heart of the project.

Operational partner of Lalahe. Coordinates construction, community liaison and well projects on the ground.

The association isn’t carried by eight people. It’s carried by the network. The crew members pay crew contributions from 3 € a month. These contributions cover all association costs in Germany: notary, domain, materials, bank fees. That’s exactly why 100 % of donations can flow into school construction.
The network is not just the crew in Cologne. It’s everyone who pays a monthly crew contribution, lends a hand, or drops by the meet-up.
